• Q: I already have a payroll provider but would like to switch to E&M Payroll Solution. What do you need from me? 

A: Very simple! We will need you to provide us with some basic information about your business and your employees as well as some payroll history for the current year. Much of this information you will already have available on payroll reports and we will help you to identify which ones. We’ll take it from there.

• Q: I currently have a “contractor” doing some part-time work for us. Should I be paying  him as an employee?  

A: That is a very good question! And we would very much like to offer a free consultation to help you find the answer. Between the federal and state governments and worker’s compensation insurance agencies, there are many things to consider when making this determination, and it is a very important one.
